They will also undergo a video interview, followed by a face to face interview.
Candidates will be asked to answer "behavioural" type questions, by giving specific examples of when they have demonstrated certain behaviours.
Successful applicants will display the right attitude over skill set.
Most of our team will start in casual positions on the HIGA (Hospitality Award)
